When I was just a little kid, when it was nearing October, me and my friends were really excited because Halloween was nearing. We would always have our Trick-or-Treating session while wearing our best scary costume. We really loved it when we seemed to scare adults with our vampire or zombie costumes. But I guess they only act scared to make us happy then. But nevertheless, I really enjoyed Halloween because it is one of the few times that I could wear a costume.

You can wear any costume that you desire, not just being restricted to scary costumes.
